As far as I know we are doing absolutely nothing which is A-Ok with me. I am a cranky old wench staying up that late and I want to be with Olivia so that rules out adult only parties. So I am going to stay home, drink some bubbly and go to bed with Olivia at 12:01 AM. I am just a load of fun huh?
What do you plan to be doing?

actually, she will probably already be asleep and I'll wake her up and say "happy new year"... and the response will be something like "happy new yeazzzzzz ... zzzz"

All right I am committed to staying up until at least 12:30. I have a feeling 2008 is gonna be a roller coaster ride this year, God help me. I better make sure I usher it in with my eyes wide open.

yea, I prefer the eyes closed, tensed for the worst, chugging the egg nog way to welcome the new year myself... but hey, this year can't POSSIBLE be worse than last year....

Ok Hubby and I missed the ball dropping because we were watching Law and Order and our clock was off. I hope that isn't a omen of things to come. What did you think of Dick Clark? All I wanted to do is cry because you know behind those is eyes is a mind trapped behind a body that just won't behave.
