I like hotscripts.com for good script examples, also plenty of great stuff on php.org / mysql.com. For PHP books, I'd recommend you stay AWAY from the Sams books.

If you haven't done so already, you may want to look into Joomla! for quick PHP website development that looks professional. Also, Zencart for e-comm sites.

Hotscripts is my first choice for scripts too.

For books... well, I mostly just google search for answers to what I need. I also searched the local libraries for php code books (I'm a graphics guy, php is not my first passion, so... I still have much to learn)

Anyway, all I could find was SAMS books and stuff that had nothing to do with what I wanted to learn. And since John had already told me to avoid them... I have yet to find one I can personally recommend.

Of course if you have a question about anything you can't find the answer on, post it in our forums... someone is bound to know something in regard to the problem. (or a creative "out of the box" solution... which I pride myself on)

Cool
