We are currently involved in helping a client overcome the new setup for the changes in the way tax is figured in the state of Arkansas.
From what I understand, tax is figured by where in the state the item is delivered instead where the business is located.
I also understand it to mean that this does not directly affect anyone outside of the state at this time.
We are gathering information to square all of this away... however, I wanted to pose a couple of questions to our community members.
If this affects you, how are you handling the changes in regard to your website? Is this the first you have heard of it? And would you be interested in having us take care of the issue for you?
We will be tackling this head-on over the next few weeks and will be able to provide this service to any Arkansas business that needs it. (For that matter, we can help anyone in any state that has a similar situation)
