Hi,

I am designing a catalogue however the photos have a background, for
example the pictures are of shoes but i can see the table the shoe is
sitting on and the background behind the shoe, is there a way to cut
the shoes out in Photoshop so the background is removed?

Thanks

Alex welcome to our little community.

I don't have a lot of time this morning to go into detail to help you... but I can point you to some other tutorials out there.

Depending on what you need the image for you can use a clipping path or just mask out the background... both are similar in use.
