We recently had a question concerning the time out session in the admin of zen cart.
The problem was that it was not long enough. The person would be making changes, would get distracted, leave, come back, finish the changes and then click submit only to be logged out, loosing all the changes arghh!
Here is the fix:
go to Configuration>My Store>Admin Session Time Out in Seconds
The default is set to 3600 sec. or 1 hour. Change to what ever you like. I set mine to 7200 sec. or 2 hours. 10800 sec. would equal 3 hours.
